Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Hire) – Oceanside, CA – Hybrid – $35–$45/hour

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in a staff or senior accountant role
• Strong background with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
• Able to step in and take ownership during a leadership maternity leave

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Own key balance sheet reconciliations
• Support and execute month-end close activities

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $35–$45 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
