Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient with an ERP system, plus Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• A collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple functions of the business

What you'll do:

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accurate general ledger coding
• Monitor and audit employee expense reports for policy compliance
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close and assist with financial statement preparation
• Prepare regulatory filings, including 1099s, sales/use and excise tax, and Sunshine Act reporting
• Compile audit workpapers and support external auditors during reviews
• Generate ad hoc reporting and partner across departments on broad financial areas

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $85,000–$95,000 per year, dependent on experience. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
