Staff Accountant/Assistant Controller:
If you’re looking for the opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership while managing day-to-day accounting and cash operations for a diverse group of entities, this role is for you. You will serve as a key member of the accounting team with a strong focus on cash management, treasury, and multi-entity oversight.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage month-end close for multiple entities, including core operating entities and roll-up entities
  • Prepare and review basic-level financial statements across all entities
  • Review and oversee accounting work prepared by an offshore team to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Lead cash management and treasury functions, including regular monitoring of bank accounts and cash balances
  • Ensure the accounts payable process is operating efficiently and consistently across all entities
  • Develop and maintain cash forecasting to support operational planning and liquidity management
  • Support the strategic growth and development of newer entities

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – required
  • CPA or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statement preparation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and SAGE preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple entities simultaneously

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is around $100,000 – $115,000 base salary, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
