Staff Accountant Opportunity

What you'll do:
- Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Record and allocate daily contributions, gaining exposure to fund accounting
- Assist with AP processing including invoices and disbursements
- Support grant payments, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger exposure
- Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Open to a hands-on role in a collaborative, “all hands on deck” environment

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80,000 – $86,000 annual base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
