Staff Accountant Opportunity

What you'll do:

  • Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Record and allocate daily contributions, gaining exposure to fund accounting
  • Assist with AP processing including invoices and disbursements
  • Support grant payments, tracking, and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger exposure
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Open to a hands-on role in a collaborative, “all hands on deck” environment

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 – $86,000 annual base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
