Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–2 years of public accounting or tax preparation experience (internships okay)

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tax prep software

  • Team-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to learn in a small firm environment

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns

  • Assist senior staff with tax planning, research, and compliance

  • Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly reporting

  • Maintain accurate tax and client records in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate directly with clients and build strong relationships

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • The expected range for this role is $55k–$65k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
