Strategic Finance Manager

Join a high-growth, VC-backed, logistics tech company. Our client is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join their dynamic team and serve as a key partner to the CFO & President.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and growth potential.

You’ll be at the center of financial strategy, helping drive decision-making across the business while collaborating with executive leadership.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Extensive experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or FP&A at a high-growth company

• Must have extreme advanced Excel skills; SQL and BI tools are a strong plus

• Strong analytical background with the ability to extract insights and build strategic models

• Comfortable working with C-level executives and presenting to leadership

• Strategic thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Able to build KPIs, identify trends, and lead cross-functional initiatives

What You’ll Do:

• Report directly to the CFO & President and serve as a strategic right hand

• Help set the company’s budget and financial targets

• Manage resource allocation across departments

• Build and maintain executive and board-level reporting

• Own and evolve the long-term financial model to support strategic planning

• Analyze company initiatives and financial performance

• Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst

• Support future investor relations efforts and high-level financial storytelling

Compensation Details:

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location

• The expected range for this role is $150K – $170K annualized base (bonus + equity).
