Who you are:
• You have at least 3+ years of experience providing Tier 2 support in MSP environment
• Experience working in Windows environment, including managing Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
• LAN/WAN working knowledge including Cisco, SonicWall
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python etc)
• Outstanding customer service, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar experience (Preferred)
• US Citizen
 

What you’ll do:
• Responsible for Tier 2 local ticket system in ConnectWise Manage
• Setup, deploy and support IT assets such as computers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Work in a 95% Windows environment, some MacOS
• Assist with various projects using critical thinking skills and willingness to learn, help mentor Tier 1 support staff
•Primarily work remotely, with 10-15% onsite at client sites in San Diego as needed

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
