Support Specialist – Level 2

Tier 2 Support Engineer – Mostly Onsite in Lake Forest, CA – $70k-80k Base
 
Managed Service Provider experience heavily preferred! A stable and growing MSP in Orange County is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer to provide remote and onsite support for clients.
 
Who You Are:

• At least 3+ years of IT support experience at a Managed Service Provider
• Tier 2 troubleshooting with O365, AD, Azure AD, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Live in Orange County, CA and willing/able to work onsite in Lake Forest 4 days/week

 
What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot MS technologies including AD, Azure AD, and O365
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN technologies, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Mentor Tier 1 Technicians and assist with escalations

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
