System Analyst
Who you are:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workato, MuleSoft, Zendesk, or Zuora, with hands-on experience in implementing workflows and integrations.
- Strong technical experience with automation, including creating workflows, approval processes, and connecting applications (e.g., ServiceNow to enterprise data warehouses, other business tools).
- Previous experience working in an environment with a focus on SOX compliance, including stakeholder engagement and lifecycle management of business-critical applications.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow and other business applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of workflows, approval processes, and integrations between various systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
- Manage the full lifecycle of changes from identification through testing, including providing level II support, troubleshooting issues, and advising on technical solutions for business needs.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $55-67/hr Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
