Who you are:

• Experienced in Infrastructure and Systems Administration:
  You bring at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT environments, including complex infrastructure, domains, and servers.

• Skilled in Domain and Email Migrations:
  You have a proven track record of executing domain consolidations and Microsoft 365 email migrations for organizations with thousands of users.

• Comfortable Leading Change:
  You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker who can bring others on board with a long-term vision. You thrive in environments where leadership, influence, and collaboration are key.

• Knowledgeable in EHR/PM Systems and Databases:
  You understand the nuances of healthcare-related systems and data migrations. You’ve led or supported migrations of EHR/PM systems across hosts and database platforms.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and execution of a 2-year “lift and shift” initiative migrating 600+ on-prem servers to the cloud.
• Consolidate the organization’s infrastructure onto a single domain serving 3,500+ users.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 email migrations, ensuring seamless transition and user adoption.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Remote with some travel
