Tax Associate: Hybrid Schedule

What you’ll do:

• Prepare sales and use tax filings across multiple states on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Reconcile tax accounts and support audit requests from state agencies.
• Research how products are taxed in different jurisdictions.
• Answer tax questions from customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support property tax and business licensing work.
• Bring ideas for streamlining and automating recurring tasks.

Who you are:

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or similar.
• 2+ years of tax experience from public accounting or industry.
• Sales and use tax experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with tax software experience is a plus.
• Organized, detail focused, and comfortable juggling recurring deadlines.
• Coachable and eager to grow.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
