As a Tax Associate, you will play a hands-on role in preparing tax returns, assisting with estimates and projections, and contributing to a high standard of client service across the tax function.
 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong experience with individual tax returns; some exposure to business entities preferred
• Professional, confident communicator comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

 
What You’ll Do:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Assist with quarterly estimates, projections, and tax-related analysis
• Communicate with clients regarding tax deliverables and general inquiries
• Support responses to tax notices and initial client correspondence
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely workflow
• Stay current on applicable tax rules and regulatory changes

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $85,000-$95,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
