Who you are:
- CPA or EA required; Master’s in Tax or JD preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience in tax across individual, trust, partnership, and corporate returns.
- Strong tax generalist comfortable advising HNW/UHNW clients.
- Skilled communicator who enjoys client?facing work, including prospect conversations.
- Highly organized, detail?oriented, and energized by strategic planning.
What you’ll do:
- Lead tax and estate planning strategy for a diverse portfolio of high?net?worth clients.
- Partner with business development teams to add tax insight to prospect and client meetings.
- Review individual, trust, corporate, and partnership returns, projections, and planning models.
- Translate complex tax matters into clear guidance and recommendations for clients.
- Contribute to internal knowledge growth by supporting and mentoring junior team members.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
- The expected range for this role is $170,000–$200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
