Tax Manager
 
Work with a reputable financial services firm specializing in managing complex tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and other entities. We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Tax Manager to support our growing client base. This role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with a talented group of professionals in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
 
What you’ll do:
 

  • Reviewing complex tax returns, including those for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and S-Corporations, ensuring all tax positions are well-supported and compliant with current regulations.
  • Managing the review of outsourced returns and collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Preparing and reviewing tax projections, provisions, and financial analyses for clients, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assisting with tax research, staying up to date with changes in tax law and regulations, and advising the team accordingly.

 
Who you are:
 

  • A CPA (preferred) or CPA candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and multi-state investments in sectors like real estate, oil & gas, and financial services.
  • You have a strong understanding of tax compliance, tax research, and complex tax matters such as S-Corporations, ESBTs, and basis limitations.

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $110k-$140k annually + bonus. Please note, this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
