Senior Tax Manager- Private Equity:

What you’ll do:

  • Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance for a variety of clients, including private equity and real estate
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Research and work with clients to advise on tax issues and tax planning
  • Use knowledge of taxation of partnerships and private equity to ensure quality of tax projects
  • Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate the performance of Seniors, Associates, and Interns
  • Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, CPA or JD required 
  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience
  • Public Accounting experience required 
  • Private equity or real estate experience highly preferred 
  • Proficiency in taxation of partnerships

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $145,000 to $180,000 per year DOE + 10% Bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
