Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Active CPA is required

  • 4–8 years of public accounting experience

  • Ability to develop quality client relationships and build long-term loyalty

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities


What You’ll Do

  • Supervise tax staff and contribute to their professional development, including identifying training needs and initiating in-house sessions

  • Take ownership of specific client groups, including managing a “book of business” and overseeing tax return preparation and related engagements

  • Demonstrate strong command of the Internal Revenue Code and current tax regulations; act as a resource for updates and changes across the firm

  • Conduct in-depth tax research using firm reference tools to support compliance and advisory work

  • Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic planning and responsive communication

What Does This Position Pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
