Technical Accounting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager | Dallas, TX

What you’ll do:

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP
• Manage technical accounting matters, including research, memoranda, and complex transactions such as leases, hedging, impairments, and stock-based compensation
• Coordinate with external auditors and partner with tax, legal, and treasury

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience 
• Hands-on experience with hedging, leases (ASC 842), and impairments

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
