Who you are:
1. 2-3 years of experience working for a Master Services Provider (MSP)
2. Hands on technical leadership
3. Bachelors Degree
What you’ll do:
- Manage 3 helpdesk employees infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Developing and managing team KPIs, working with leadership on reports,
- Interfacing with clients daily being the face of the company

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $110-125k Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
