Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Associate:
We are a rapidly growing advisory firm focused on middle-market clients, offering integrated services across transaction due diligence, performance improvement, and turnaround management. Our lean, cross-functional approach provides exposure to complex assignments within mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. With a team of seasoned professionals—each bringing experience from leading consultancies, accounting firms, and investment banks—we combine strategic insights with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Due Diligence & Analysis: Conduct buy-side and sell-side diligence assignments, analyzing historical and projected financials, identifying quality of earnings issues, and reviewing net debt and working capital requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate stakeholders to assess transaction risks, highlight key operational challenges, and propose solutions that align with investment objectives.
  • Financial Reporting & Modeling: Prepare clear, concise reports and financial models (including three-statement forecasts and KPI dashboards) to support decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with performance improvement, restructuring, and investment banking colleagues on integrated engagements, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, end-to-end support.
  • Internal Leadership: Share best practices within the firm, participate in team trainings, and contribute to ongoing business development efforts.

Who You Are:

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized program; CPA (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred.
  • Professional Background: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in financial due diligence or at least 2 years in audit within a major accounting firm (e.g., Big 4) or comparable environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling abilities, an aptitude for analyzing operational trends, and familiarity with advanced Excel. Exposure to tools like Tableau or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Communication & Delivery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present findings clearly and concisely. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, solution-oriented, and ready to respond quickly to client needs. Thrives under tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 – $210,000 per year,. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
