Travel & Expense Administrator | $40-46/hr | Hybrid in San Jose, CA | Contract to Hire

Who You Are:

  • 5+ year of experience in travel and expense administration along with process improvement
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Concur and Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills and proven history of taking initiative

What You'll Do:

  • Manage corporate credit card processes within Concur and serve as the lead contact for any inquiries, errors, or payment questions. 
  • identify opportunities to improve travel & expense process along with maintaining user guides, configuration documents, and training materials
  • Support the AP team and help prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40 to $46 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
