Who you are:

• High School Diploma required. CPP strongly preferred
• Payroll experience required. 5 years minimum certified payroll experience preferred. Construction payroll experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of multi-state and local tax jurisdiction
• Ability to translate payroll & compensation terminology into terms understandable to employees, indepedent contractors, colleagues and management

What you’ll do:

• Monthly remittance reports and payments
• Union audit, union reconciliations
• Setup and maintain master list of union rates and fringe benefits
• Research internal benefits, build labor rate sheet for bidding purposes

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $80-85K annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
