What you’ll do:

• Conduct thorough research on securities, competitors, industry trends, and capital markets, including analyzing market multiples, comparable ratios, and credit spreads.
• Gather and document critical data obtained through client interactions to support valuation processes.
• Build, modify, and utilize advanced financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, and option valuations. Assist junior analysts and perform valuation analyses to determine the fair value of securities across various industries using qualitative and proprietary quantitative methods.
• Begin preparing and reviewing detailed client reports and presentations.

 
Who you are:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and financial analyses.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• CFA or ASA designation, or progress toward these designations is advantageous.

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $130,000 – $180,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
