What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage valuation engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Review financial models and valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client discussions.
- Lead client interactions, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on valuation analyses.
- Serve as a key point of contact for private equity and private company clients, ensuring long-term relationship development.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of valuation experience from the valuation arm of a Big 4/Top 25 firm or a dedicated valuation firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in financial modeling, business and securities valuation, and client advisory.
- Highly proficient in Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced modeling techniques) and PowerPoint.
- Client-facing professional with the ability to lead discussions and present valuation findings with confidence.
- Progress toward CFA, ASA, or ABV is a plus.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
