As a recruiting agency, we spend most of our time informing job seekers about great company cultures and workplaces across the US.

Today, however, we’d like to take a brief moment to talk about Proven Recruiting, as we were recently ranked as one of San Diego’s Best Places to Work for the eighth year in a row. That’s every year we’ve been in business! We’re both proud and grateful for this recognition and for the many, many people who have helped to shape our truly unique company culture over the years.

To all of our employees, alums, consultants and customers – THANK YOU for being a part of our journey and for helping us prove our belief that an employee-centric approach can and should be the foundation of a profitable, growing business. This is why we exist, and in many ways it is the ‘special sauce‘ that our customers come back for time and time again.
