We are working with a sports entertainment company and they are looking to bring on an AR/AP Reporting Specialist to support their expanding finance operations.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Assist with month-end close and prepare financial reports for leadership
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions and improve reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors including experience, skillset, and location.
• The expected base salary range is $65,000 to $80,000, plus bonus.
