Accounting Consultant – Contract – On-site, San Diego, CA

Are you interested in working for a well-known Biotech company? This company is seeking a well-rounded Accounting Consultant at the director level to support key day to day operations. Who You Are:

• 6+ years experience in Accounting; ideally in public biotech or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; CPA preferred
• Experience supporting clinical operations including clinical accruals, forecasting, etc. 

 
What You’ll Do:

• Clean up and reconcile accounts, handle fixed assets, and identify areas for process improvement
• Oversee monthly close process, financial reporting, and audit preparations 
• Prepare and maintain journal entries; support clinical accounting, and accounts payable as needed
• Ensure continuous compliance with IFRS principles

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $45.00 to $75.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
