Who You Are:
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CPA preferred.

5+ years of experience in a large publicly traded company, particularly within government, defense, and/or aerospace sectors.

Strong understanding of government accounting regulations, guidance, and compliance.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You'll Do:

Oversee the development, monitoring, and management of cost rates, including reporting, audit support, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Manage journal entries for month-end close, analyze financial information, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance cost allocation and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for cost allocations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

Build strong relationships with cost and functional owners, leveraging your expertise in cost accounting and financial planning.

What Does This Position Pay:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $120,000-$135,000 in annualized base compensation with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
