Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CPA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in a large publicly traded company, particularly within government, defense, and/or aerospace sectors.

• Strong understanding of government accounting regulations, guidance, and compliance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the development, monitoring, and management of cost rates, including reporting, audit support, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Manage journal entries for month-end close, analyze financial information, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance cost allocation and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for cost allocations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

• Build strong relationships with cost and functional owners, leveraging your expertise in cost accounting and financial planning.

What Does This Position Pay:

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

• The expected range for this role is $120,000-$135,000 in annualized base compensation with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
