Looking to join a fast-growing, environmentally friendly company in Houston? Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the AP Specialist will maintain vendor relationships and ensure invoices are coded accurately. Someone who thrives in a high volume environment will excel in this position.
 

What you’ll do:

• Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Receive invoices from vendors and ensure accurate GL coding and approvals
• Maintain vendor relationships

 
What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree highly preferred
• 1+ years accounting experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience in a high-volume environment 
• Experience with NetSuite preferred

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
