Cemetery Analyst and Planning Manager | Contract to Hire | Onsite, Orange County CA

Join this Non Profit organization's Cemeteries department as a Cemetery Analyst and Planning Manager and make a meaningful impact. If you have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and process optimization, we want to hear from you!


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of financial reporting/analysis experience with a proven track record of progressive responsibility.

  • Ability to present complex financial data to executive-level stakeholders.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, lead budgeting processes, and forecast quarterly performance.

  • Oversee cemetery property inventory controls and burn rates; Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of cemetery operations, including burials, plot inventory, and financial data.

  • Create detailed financial models and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $40.00 to $55.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
