Accounts Payable Specialist | Contract | Hybrid | $28-35/hr | San Diego, CA

Who You Are:

• A system savvy individual with large ERP experience; preferably Sage Intacct and Bill.com
• 2+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable within SaaS, high tech, or related industry
• Strong communication skills and big picture thinking; previous team advisory experience ideal

 
What You’ll Do:

• Review and process a high volume of invoices against PO's in a timely matter
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, perform payment runs, and answer vendor questions as needed
• Monitor AP aging cleanup, resolve complex discrepancies, and identify and implement areas for process improvement

 
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
