Associate Helpdesk Engineer 

Onsite Monday-Thursday – Fridays Remote- South Austin 

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of helpdesk experience 
• M365 experience, extensive troubleshooting 
• VOIP and IAM troubleshooting experience 
• Hardware troubleshooting 
• Bachelor's degree in related field 

What you’ll do:

• Take around 10 tickets per day, communication through email and phone
• M365, Ringcentral and Okta troubleshooting 
• Hardware troubleshooting

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80-$85K
