Billing Clerk

We’re partnering with one of San Diego’s most respected professional services firms, and they’re looking to bring on a Billing Clerk to support their Accounting and Operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s highly organized, process-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the firm’s client billing process.

Fully remote or can sit hybrid in San Diego
 

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and manage client matters 
• Retrieve billing-related documentation and expense receipts 
• Review and revise pre-bills based on feedback 
• Accurately process and verify e-billing and invoices
• Enter and maintain partner timesheets
• Support the input of budgets and timekeeper data into billing systems

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of billing or accounting support experience; professional services experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and providing excellent internal and external service

Compensation: 

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $45,000 to $54,000.
