Are you a detail-driven estimator with a passion for residential construction? Join our growing team and help shape the future of custom homebuilding in San Diego. We’re looking for a proactive professional to lead our estimating efforts and drive project success from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine cost estimation tools and workflows using Buildertrend, Excel, and other platforms.
• Create detailed proposals that balance cost efficiency with profitability—across multiple projects at once.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and designers to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.

Who You Are

• 3+ years estimating high-end residential projects ($200K–$3M), including remodels and custom builds.
• Proficient in Excel and construction software, with a sharp eye for accuracy and structure.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation and team collaboration, with knowledge of the San Diego construction market.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90k – $120k annually. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
