Who you are:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in digital design.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing website and app projects; proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

3. Familiar with content management systems and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

What you’ll do:

• Lead daily digital design and production for Academy.com, ensuring brand alignment across web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seasonal promotions, enhance UX/UI, and deliver consistent, engaging visual content.

• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and continuously refine designs using feedback, performance data, and accessibility best practices.

This is a Contract Opportunity for 90 days that could extend up to 1 year 

Location: Katy, TX in office 5x week

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $30-35/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
