Director of Finance & Accounting

We’re partnering with a a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company transforming clinical data access!

They’re looking to bring on a strategic Director of Finance and Accounting to lead their financial operations and help scale the business during this next growth phase.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage the integrity of financial statements, general ledger, and internal controls
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives
• Oversee external audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Implement scalable financial systems and automation tools
• Build and mentor a high-impact finance and accounting team

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA is required 
• 8+ years of progressive experience in both accounting and FP&A, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• SaaS or healthcare technology experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to build out finance infrastructure, reporting, and operational processes
• Comfortable working hands-on while also operating at a strategic level
• Experience with systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERPs

Compensation Details:

• The base salary rang for this role is $160,000 – $180,000; depending on experience and location
• Additional compensation includes performance-based bonus and equity. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
