Ready to lead a dynamic finance team at a global powerhouse? Our client is seeking a Director to oversee SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. If you’re a strategic leader with deep SEC, SOX and US GAAP expertise, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure SEC compliance and accurate US GAAP financial reporting for quarterly and annual filings

• Resolve complex technical accounting issues and interpret new accounting standards

• Act as primary liaison with external auditors on technical accounting matters

• Own and maintain the Accounting Policy Manual

• Drive SOX controls implementation, including new ERP rollouts

• Lead business process improvements and change management initiatives across finance functions

Who you are:

• CPA with 13+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Big 4 (preferably advisory)

• Strong SEC, SOX, US GAAP knowledge and government contracting experience preferred

• Critical thinker with a proactive “get it done” attitude

• Collaborative leader comfortable working cross-functionally with finance teams and auditors

• Detail-oriented with experience using Wdata, Workiva, and XBRL tagging

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $185,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
