Head of Technology & Innovation – Onsite in Santa Ana, CA – $150-300k + Bonus
 
Local candidates only! An AI/ML aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a Head of Technology and Innovation to join the company's Executive Team. This is a stable and growing company that invests in Technology!
 
Who You Are:

• Must live local near Santa Ana, CA and be willing to work onsite 5 days/week
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience
• Experienced driving AI/ML initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Experienced overseeing IT infrastructure, software, hardware, security, networking, etc.
• Skilled with ERP and MES configurations, implementations, and integrations

 
What You'll Do:

• Lead entire IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network, quantum computing, and security
• Drive initiatives including AI, ML, and process improvement
• Integrate hardware technologies with ERP and MES software systems
• Oversee a small team of Software Engineers, Sys Admins, and Helpdesk Support

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $300,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
