Who You Are:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated experience with employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.

 
What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation and advisory work. Draft clear, compelling legal documents including briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Consult directly with clients, offering sound legal advice and developing strategic solutions tailored to their employment-related issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions—advocating effectively at every stage of litigation.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and courts.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, years of experience, and geographic location.
 
The expected salary range for this role is $135,000 to $163,000 annually. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
