Facilities Associate – Contract – Onsite – San Diego, CA

One of San Diego’s most respected companies is seeking a Facilities Associate to support office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and well-run workplace. If you're a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
 
Who You Are:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework a plus. 2+ years of facilities or office coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.

 
What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc tasks as directed by the Executive Assistant and Office Supervisor. Coordinate executive lunch orders and support internal breakfasts and catering needs.
  • Maintain and organize common areas such as kitchens, gyms, and conference rooms to ensure a tidy, welcoming environment. Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup and breakdown.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages; run office errands as needed (driving may be required). Provide coverage for other administrative team members and respond to onsite emergencies as needed.

What does this position pay?
Compensation depends on skill level, experience, and location.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate; actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and prior experience.
