Finance Manager (Budgeting)

We’re working with a highly respected company that’s seeking their next Finance hire to join their strategic Corporate Planning team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare 10-year forecasts, outlooks, and regular reporting including variance analysis.

• Develop work papers, assist with audit requests, and coordinate with the Revenue Requirements team.

• Lead and support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.

• Serve as a go-to resource for internal customers on accounting systems, cost centers, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

• Take ownership of strategic projects 
   

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in budgeting, planning, finance, or data analytics

• Active CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus

• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, or automation platforms

• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost allocation, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Proven ability to manage large projects and communicate financial data to leadership and non-financial audiences

Compensation:

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

• The expected range for this role is up to 160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate not including bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
