We’re working with an innovative, high-growth logistics tech company that’s looking to bring on a Global Payroll Specialist to lead their global payroll operations.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of payroll experience at a global level
  • Must have a deep understanding of California and multi-state payroll regulations

  • Highly organized with a track record of managing complex, deadline-driven processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (experience with ADP is a plus)

  • Familiarity with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, or related regulations

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll across all U.S. and international employees

  • Ensure accuracy and timely payroll delivery

  • Maintain and administer compensation, health benefits, and retirement plans

  • Register the company with relevant state and international payroll agencies 

  • Oversee and optimize payroll vendor relationships, vetting providers, and resolving payment delays

  • Lead the annual payroll vendor review process

  • Drive automation and process transformation to streamline global payroll operations

Compensation Details

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
  • The expected range for this role is up to $75,000 annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components
