Head of Data Science and AI
**Must be located in Austin, TX**

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute data science and AI strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor AI + data science team for high performance
• Partner with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities
• Oversee development of predictive models and analytics frameworks
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance best practices

Who you are:

• 8+ years in data science leadership
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL
• Skilled in ML, AI, model deployment
• Experienced with Tableau, Power BI

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40 to $50 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
