HR Payroll Specialist
A well-established logistics and transport company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Specialist to support HR, payroll, and accounting functions. What you'll do:

  • Sales Support/Admin – Assist sales teams with work orders, quotes, job research, and vendor documentation. Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Accounting – Manage accounts receivable, reconcile credit card transactions, assign job costs, and follow up on collections.
  • HR/Payroll – Process weekly payroll for 100+ employees, correct time entries, handle benefits inquiries, and assist with onboarding.
  • Compliance & Reporting – Ensure payroll and HR policies comply with regulations. Generate reports for management as needed.
  • General Office Support – Handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and assist with special projects as required.

 
Who you are:

  • Some college education preferred; 1+ years of office experience.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, non-corporate environment.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
