Who you are:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial mechanical or HVAC sales

  • Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and HVAC processes (not retail refrigeration)

  • Based in Baton Rouge or Lafayette, Louisiana – 30–60 minutes from key client sites

  • Self-starter who can manage full sales cycles independently: prospecting, estimating, and closing

  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business and manage existing accounts across the industrial HVAC space

  • Act as a trusted client partner in identifying and solving mechanical service needs

  • Independently manage sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal writing and pricing

  • Partner with service technicians and project managers to execute successful delivery

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the field

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • The expected range for this role is 80–100K, annualized base compensation, with additional comission components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
