Who you are:

• Database-Driven Problem Solver:

You have 5+ years of experience working with SQL databases and understand the intricacies of migrating and cleansing complex data sets. You know how to prepare data for scalable, cloud-based environments.

• Practice Management Software Expert:

You’ve worked hands-on with veterinary PIMS platforms such as EasyVet, Avimark, Cornerstone, PetDesk, or similar systems, and you know how different they can be from standard billing and people data.

• Vet IT Pro with Strong Communication Skills:

You have 3+ years in the veterinary space and are comfortable working with clinical staff and partners daily. You're equally strong with people as you are with systems.

What you'll do:

• Migrate on-premise PIMS data to new cloud-based systems—each practice is different, and so is the data.
• Clean and prepare data for seamless lift-and-shift transitions across environments.
• Work directly with practice partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Support and standardize data across various PIMS platforms with no universal billing code structure.
• Partner with the Director of Project Management and broader IT team to ensure smooth implementation and post-migration stability.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $45.00 to $60.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Remote with some travel
