Who you are:
- 5+ years of IT experience with significant experience in IT asset management and inventory control
- You are collaborative, independent, and clear communicator with passion for ITSM
- You ideally have expertise with Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow ITSM tooling
- A big plus if you are ITIL Certified and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems/technology, or similar
What you’ll do:
- Provide training and support to staff on asset management policies, procedures, and tools; promote awareness and adherence to asset management practices across the organization
- Utilize Atlassian Jira products for asset tracking and inventory management
- Resolve issues related to asset tracking, usage, and compliance
- Prepare documentation for audits and assessments, providing accurate and comprehensive asset information

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
