IT Field Engineer 

Who you are:

1. 4–5 years of hands-on networking experience with firewalls, switches, access points, and telephony – ideally using Fortinet, Cisco, or Juniper systems.

2. Strong troubleshooting skills across varied environments, with the ability to resolve PC/server hardware issues and network connectivity without relying on VPNs.

3. Customer-first, adaptable mindset with experience traveling for field work and supporting IT needs during acquisitions, expansions, or go-lives in fast-paced or healthcare settings.

What you’ll do:

• Remote Work: Manage IT tickets, follow up on site surveys, process equipment orders, and participate in internal planning meetings.

• Onsite Field Work (~50% travel): Conduct site surveys, perform Fortinet cutovers, support phone system implementations, and handle IT needs for remodels, expansions, and new acquisitions across ~500 nationwide practices.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and network issues across diverse environments (firewalls, switches, telephony, PC/server connectivity) with a strong focus on customer service and ownership.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40-43/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
