IT Infrastructure Administrator 

Who you are:

1. 7+ years of experience maintaining backend systems as an IT Admin

2. Experience doing root cause analysis with Microsoft products 

3. Networking knowledge in Fortinet 

What you’ll do:

• Routine Infrastructure Maintenance & Support: Handle backend system upkeep, resolve escalated help desk tickets, and respond to system alerts from monitoring tools to keep environments stable.

• Project Execution & Upgrades: Lead infrastructure projects such as VMware upgrades, assist offshore developers with debugging, and ensure systems like Fortinet, F5, and storage components run smoothly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with offshore maintenance teams and internal staff to plan changes, support code deployments, and troubleshoot issues as the technical point of contact.

Location: Dallas, TX – only goes in office 1x a month = 99% remote!! 

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50-60/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
