IT Procurement Specialist 

What you’ll do:

  • Contract Management & Negotiation – Manage contract lifecycles in Coupa, including new contracts, renewals, and RFPs. Engage with business stakeholders and vendors, review contract terms, and negotiate pricing and scope.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration – Gather missing information, work with legal, data privacy, risk, and insurance teams, and facilitate discussions with vendors to finalize agreements.

  • Project Management & Execution – Handle multiple projects at different phases, from information gathering to contract execution, ensuring smooth approval workflows and timely renewals.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience – Strong negotiation skills with software (SaaS) and hardware contracts (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Cisco).

  • Strong Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Ability to work in ambiguity, gather missing details, and keep projects moving despite incomplete information.

  • Multi-Project Execution – Experience managing new contracts, RFPs, and renewals simultaneously (typically 8+ projects at once).

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $48-50/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
