Who you are:

• 5+ years CRM/marketing strategy experience with owned channels (email, SMS, etc.)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience using customer insights for action
• Team leadership experience and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration

What you’ll do:

• Lead CRM strategy and execution across lifecycle, triggered, and personalized communications to drive customer engagement and ROI.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and agile POD implementation in support of the customer roadmap and strategic goals.
• Track and optimize CRM performance through testing, measurement, and regular program updates.

Location: Katy, TX in office 5x week
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000.  Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
